Ingredients:
50gs of dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa), melted
Any fruit of your choice - I like strawberries, raspberries, grapes, blackberries, kiwis and clementine segments.
Method
In a small bowl, measure out 50gs of dark chocolate pieces and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally making sure it doesn't burn.
Cut some fruit of your choice, dip in the dark chocolate and enjoy!
